To get this great discount, you will need to access the Fletcher Building Staff Card App.
Available to FB employees in NZ, this app provides a digital identity when purchasing in-store, removing the need for the use of a physical card or any physical cards to be issued and re-issued each year.
How it works:
- Access the App via your web browser.
- Sign up with your work email address.
- Choose a pin & re-enter.
- Save the App icon on your home screen.
- Show the digital home screen with your ID in-store when purchasing.

Christchurch City Council Recreation & Sports Centres
All Fletcher Building employees are eligible for a 20% discount on memberships to Christchurch City Council Recreation and Sports Centres. This can save you up to $180 per year! A minimum three-month membership is required and both fixed and flexi payment options are available.
- Pool membership: access to all pools, as well as pool classes and adult swimming lessons.
- Fitness membership: access to all fitness centres and group classes, as well as a free tailored personal programme and follow-up every twelve weeks.
- Multi membership: access to all the above!
How it works:
- Come in to any of Christchurch City Council Recreation facilities to sign up.

Co-op Taxis (Auckland ONLY)
Fletcher Building employees have been offered discounted taxi rates and set fares within Auckland with Auckland Co-op Taxis. You can get a 5% discount on the tariff (cost per km), or take advantage of one of the set fares for frequent routes undertaken by FB employees (click here for set fares).
How to get the discount:
- Either quote “FB” and “Tariff Two” or the applicable set fare at time of booking when booking a taxi; or
- Present the driver with a Set Fare and Rate Card before the trip commences.

Fletcher Building employees can access discounted personal rental car rates with Hertz in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. You can get a 10% discount off the FB contract rate. (Please note that this is not the 'best rate of the day''. At off-peak times the 'best rate of the day' may be less than the FB contract rate so we encourage you to check prior to accessing this discount offer).
To access the discount you can either:
- Log on to Hertz Fletcher Discount Offer Page. The FB Corporate Discount Plan (CDP) number is embedded in this link; or
- Call 0800 654 321 and advise that you are a Fletcher employee; or

A couple of things to know:
- Credit card payment is required for staff rentals; charge backs to company accounts are not permitted.
- All daily rates include Hertz vehicle insurance with an excess level that varies depending on the vehicle group booked. To eliminate the excess you can opt for Accident Excess Reduction (AER). Ask the Reservations team, or at the counter for more information (terms and conditions apply).

As a Fletcher Building employee you can take advantage of the Mobil Fuel Card offer with great discounted fuel rates at Mobil. The discount applies to the purchase of all grades of Diesel and 91, 95 and 98 petrol as follows:10 cents per litre off the pump price on all grades of petrol and diesel (including GST)
In addition, the following fees listed in the terms and conditions on the Mobilcard Application Form (see below) have been waived:
- Account Establishment Fee ($10.00)
- Initial Card Fee ($6.00)
- Replacement/Additional /Renewal Card Fee – only as applicable ($6.00).
Please note that the Account Establishment Fee and Initial Card Fee will appear on the first issued invoice, however these costs will be reimbursed directly into the account holder's bank account once the account is opened and the card(s) is issued.
There is a transaction fee of 50 cents on non-fuel purchases, including oil. The Diesel/Petrol Purchase Transaction Fee does not apply. As a Fletcher Building employee there is no minimum purchase amount required.
How to get the discount:
There are a couple of things you need to know:
- You only need to complete the sections in the credit application form that relate to individual/non-commercial customers (1, 2, 5 and 6)
- Enter 'Fletcher Building' as the Group Membership Name on the credit application form
- FnF Fuels appears on the credit application form as Far North Fuels is a reseller on behalf of Mobil
- The offer may not be used in conjunction with any other Mobil retail campaign or promotion (i.e. Supermarket shopper dockets, etc.)
- The discount is only available at Mobil network sites (i.e. those stations listed on the full listing of Mobile network outlets. See below.)
- All accounts are to be paid by Direct Debit by the 20th of the month following invoice. Tax invoices will be issued electronically by the 4th working day of the month to the nominated email address and/or posted to the applicable address
- As discounts of this nature are considered commercially sensitive, please keep the details of this discount confidential.
